This book has been written in simple terminology and is easy to understand with no psycho-babble. You feel like you are in the room with Karen speaking to you directly. It is reassuring and comforting with simple explanations about emotions, whether you are up or down, confused or just want to learn about yourself. It covers various situations in life, most of which we will all experience some time or another.
GP's, psychologists and carers could learn a lot from reading this book.
