2.0 out of 5 stars Certainly not as good as the original Boog.., 16 Feb 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Nicely Drawn, with some inetersting facts, but as a story these are clumbsy and not really very good.

The storyline and the constant 'information giving' do not sit well together.

3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good for the Price., 16 Feb 2013

This product does do what it claims and removed the stins form my teeth really well.

However the problem with the product is that the pointed end (tip) of the tool very soon gets worn out of shape and is no longer any use for removing stains close in between teeth (which is where you need it most)

12 Years Of Tears - Live At Royal Albert Hall [DVD] [2006]

4.0 out of 5 stars You'll b surprised..., 19 Jun 2008
I heard this album on the radio first, and it really made me think.

It made me remember all the negative press I'd read and stories I'd heard regarding Marc Almond.

I thought the Music had done the most powerful talking and I'd just heard a truly great performance, that until that moment I'd missed out on.

I don't like everything by Marc Almond by any means, but some of the tracks on this album are stunning and ' what makes a man, a man ' is brim full of totally heart felt reality and gut deep emotion.

It makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck.

You don't have to love everything any artist produces, but don't miss out on a real gem just because somebody else told you it's no good.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Classic Album, 13 Mar 2008
This review is from: American Pie (Audio CD)
Lots of people tend to miss out on the depth of this album simply beacuse of the over exposure of the title track.

If that is in fact the case, there are many people missing out on an album full of emotions and songs that will evoke all kinds of memories for each individual listener.

Empty Chairs and 'till tommrow are almost too joyously painful to listen to and Crossroads is a most wonderful creation that stirs past, present and future.

Don't listen to the hype about Don Mclean.

Try him out for yourself and then decide.

I recomend it...

5.0 out of 5 stars Saturday night & Sunday morning., 26 Jun 2005
This film will really give the viewer a true taste of the time. It's slightly grubby outlook is truly of the period and portrays the working class exactly as they really were. The pubs & clubs, the boys and girls on a Saturday night, looking to put 40 hours of dirty, boring factory work behind them and hoping for a good time are very true and honest. The violence that is shown was always a feature of a night out in these times. A masterpiece of British Cinema not to be missed.
