I COULD NOT PUT THIS BOOK DOWN.I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING RAW FOOD FOR A WHILE NOW AND FRANKLY I HAD BECOME MORE CONERNED THAT TOTALLY RAW WAS PERHAPS NOT THE HOLY GRAIL OF HEALTHY EATING THAT I HAD AT FIRST THOUGHT. THANKS FRED FOR SHOWING THE WARTS AND ALL OF THIS MOVEMENT. THATS NOT TO SAY RAW IS BAD, JUST THAT THERE IS NO REASON TO GO OTT ABOUT COOKED FOOD. HAVE NOW COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT 80 20 IS PERHAPS HEALTHIER FOR ME.
