5.0 out of 5 stars Suzanne back to her best, 6 May 2014

Another great album from the queen of lyrics and music. I loved Crack in the Wall and Jacob and The Angel, but all her songs have exquisite lyrics. It is a CD that grows on you and some people may be put off on the first hearing. Fans of Suzanne however will persevere. You do need to listen to the lyrics. It can't be used as 'elevator music' - music that is there but nobody listens!.

5.0 out of 5 stars Guy Garvey at his best!, 6 May 2014

Elbow simply blow me away with every album. I only got to hear them when 'One Day Like This' (from 'The Seldom Seen Kid') became a massive hit and I went out and bought the album. The lyrics are so different to any other artist and are great. I particularly liked 'New York Morning' and 'My Sad Captains' but all the songs are great. It is, as usual with Elbow, an album that grows on you but I can't stop playing it.

Another great studio album form Sheryl Crow. Back to her original best and similar to earlier releases (Tuesday Night Music Club etc). Much better than 'Wallflower' and though Detours was good, this is great!

This song was bought as a 'one-off' for a special project for which I needed a 'Northern Lights' song. Beautifully fits what I need.

I wanted this to show a level line along a wall. Great - if the wall is less than 10 feet away from another surface! You can't use this to show a level line along the wall you hold the level on - it doesn't show. Low level lighting needed to see the laser line. At least the 'level' part of the gizmo is good and with an adjustable'foot' it is easy to get it dead level. Don't buy this for the laser though!

Great for reading books 'on-the-go' or on holiday. Better than carrying all those books around. What do you do with them once read? Keep them to re-read, throw them away or give them to charity shops? Kindle books are also a little cheaper - especially if you wait until they have been out a while!

4.0 out of 5 stars History Brought to Life, 9 Mar. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The historical surroundings of the novel, set in London at the turn of the 20th century are brought vividly to life in this novel. It takes a little time to get going - a bit like the old steam engines of the day! But once into it the reader is faced with a mystery and a fine 'whodunnit'. Not in the realms of a Michael Connelly or Jeffrey Deaver (two of my favourites) but nevertheless a good story. The ending is a bit disappointing though - but maybe it's because Andrew Martin will continue the story in his later novels. This is the first one I have read. I will be reading more!.

5.0 out of 5 stars Does what it says on the box!, 22 Dec. 2009
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Microsoft Office 2003 Pro (CD-ROM)
My original copy of Office 2003 was recently identified as 'not official'. Not wishing to be seen as a law breaker I wanted to purchase a new 'official' copy. The disc came sealed in a Microsoft package and now it has been installed it has been recognised by Microsoft as 'Official'. I didn't want to go to the 2007 version since I have become used to 2003 and didn't want to have to learn it all over again. I have heard some conflicting views of 2007.

This does exactly what I wanted and was excellent value for money.
