5.0 out of 5 stars easy glamourous curls, 25 Jan 2012
I have very long hair and these work like a dream. They produce big bouncing curls which seem to have a natural look to them. Make sure you clip the hot curls straight from the iron pinning them to your head will allow them to cool in the curl position and make the curl stay in longer. I little hairspray and your ready to go

i love the look which can be daytime or evening as the style suits any clothing style.

5.0 out of 5 stars Introducing your 2009 F1 World Champion....JENSON BUTTON!!!, 16 Mar 2011
This review is from: My Championship Year (Hardcover)
2009 was a formula one season that rocked the sport. Jenson Button began the year literally out of a job with Hondas sudden withdrawal from the sport. But he finished it with 6 race wins, 4 pole positions, 9 podiums and as Formula one World Champion. There isn't a writer out there who could write a better script than the action that unfolded to create the 2009 f1 season
I have followed Jenson for many years and 2009 was a year I and many more will never forget when Button showed the world what a lot of us had know for a while, he had what it takes to make the big time.
This book draws together both the on and off track action from Jenson's point of view and throws in personal text messages Jenson received at different times in the season. "My Championship year" is best described as a diary of the season that made Jenson one of only 10 Britain's ever to lift the crown and become formula one world champion.
Even if you are not a Jenson Fan this is a good read and a great addition to any f1 fans collection.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hachi.....leaving paw prints on your heart, 16 Mar 2011
This review is from: Hachi - A Dog's Tale [DVD] (DVD)
Waterproof mascara.....check
Tissues......Check
You WILL be needing them!!!!
Hachi is based on a true story and has the ability to break anyone with a heart and turn them into a blubbering mess. I watched this with my family after being told about this movie and I don't think there was a dry eye in the house.
This is a touching story of companionship and loyalty that stretches a lifetime. Starring Richard Gere this is one of those films that leaves paw prints on your heart and is deffinatly worth watching especially if you're an animal lover. One little hint though make sure the remote is close at hand so you can turn it up so you can hear over the sobbing.

Andy Priaulx: The Autobiography - Triple World Champion
Andy Priaulx: The Autobiography - Triple World Champion
by Andy Priaulx
Edition: Hardcover

5.0 out of 5 stars Andy Priaulx Britains unsung champion, 16 Mar 2011
So nearly everybody has heard of Lewis Hamilton or Jenson Button but Britain has yet another racing hero.....Andy Priaulx. Andy is 3 times world touring car champion and this book is the story of his struggles, the high points and the low ones that he has had to work through to become the accomplished racer he is today. This is a must read for any racing fan or even if you just want to know more about the World Touring car championship, a racing series that doesn't get the recognition it deserves in the UK.
