5.0 out of 5 stars Another awesome album!, 7 Sep 2013
This review is from: Spirit (UK) (MP3 Download)
Reckless Love keep delivering, they continue to make music that's both familiar and yet sounds fresh - (even better than those regrouped bands that try to recapture the old formula!). Night on Fire is a major crowd pleaser and a great opener, Bad Lovin continues the quality. You can't fail to smile throughout "I love heavy metal" and their Purple Rain moment in Hot Rain. Hopefully this album takes them to the big time they deserve!

5.0 out of 5 stars A guilty pleasure!, 2 Jun 2013

Reckless Love are an awesome band, saw them live in a tiny Reading nightclub and they were brilliant, they truly deserve to be playing stadiums ala Bob Jovi/Skid row of the late 80's/early 90's. Their tunes are catchy, instantly likeable and well executed, with this being no exception. Great anthem with a cool video if you get a chance to see it. Looking forward to the next album and hopefully will catch them on tour - would be great at the MadStad rather than the little club in Reading! ;-)

Great book, exactly as you'd expect. Quite short so you can do it on a single plane journey! Looking forward to the next one and finding out more about the white rats.

5.0 out of 5 stars Required reading for any .NET Performance analysis, 29 Nov 2012
Covers an area that was missing across the .NET literature stack. Makes for an interesting read, highly recommended as a reference for Performance engineers and even hardcode .NET developers and Architects. (already helped out with a few PerfMon/ETW, WCF and Page fault queries)

5.0 out of 5 stars Ritchie gets better and better!!, 1 July 2002
This review is from: Slow (Audio CD)
"What is" and "Something To Say" were superb albums, Ritchie's followed these up with the phenominal "Slow" - it hasn't been out of my CD player since it arrived - unlike many other Guitarists of his era he's stopped spewing out endless "widdle" (although there are a few choice widdle moments) and concertrated on really good song writing. "Scared Of You", "Don't Wanna Lie", "Slow" and "Rely on Me" stand out as classics. If you like Guitars - buy this, if you like really good blues - buy this or if you just appreciate great music - buy this.
