Helpful in a fairly shallow way, 20 May 2013
This book describes well those times when we may feel anxious, inadequate, down hearted and provides some basic tools to cope. It is very simply written but sometimes almost too simple becoming a bit of a rambling conversation in parts. As for the higher powers when we do things despite ourselves- well it left me unconvinced.
