5.0 out of 5 stars Clumsy oaf proof, 9 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
As someone who is prone to dropping my phone I need something that is going to soak up the impact for me. I wanted something that didn't spoil the look of my 5s and also still felt nice to hold.

Lunatik always make stuff with the best materials and manufacturing (I also have the nano watch strap) and this is no different.

4.0 out of 5 stars Inspiring and insightful, 9 Dec 2013
As a fully signed up Apple nut and having worked in the design industry for nearly 20 years I have been waiting for a book like this for ages. It's a real shame that Lyander didn't get direct access to Jony or official Apple channels but to be honest he's done a grand job without it. There must have been some serious research behind it.

It's a great read and really gives you an idea of Jony the man, who is a quiet but truly inspirational character. I already liked his output but now I have a good insight on how Apple's design process works and there are plenty of tips on how I can apply some of those methods to improve my own design process.

5.0 out of 5 stars They are gonna be great, 9 Jun 2003
This review is from: Music (Audio CD)
These kids are amazing, if the industry nurtures them well enough and allows them to grow musically they are gonna rule the rock world in no time.
This first offering has a real mature, educated sound with a huge influence from stuff like Led Zepplin, The Stone Roses and Deep Purple.

5.0 out of 5 stars A bible by a god of good simple cooking, 9 Jun 2003
This review is from: Rick Stein's Seafood (Hardcover)
Rick Stein, quite simply, is a must for anyone who just wants cook with no pretentious nonsence. Just using the best ingredients and isn't frightened to re-present something traditional (possibly unfashionable).
This book carries this on and as well as some brilliant recpeies it also doubles as a fantastic resource for anyone who wants to get down and dirty with fresh fish. want to know how to prepare and cook squid? Not sure how to store and cook shellfish? this is all you'll need.

5.0 out of 5 stars About bloody time, 2 Sep 2002
This review is from: The Music (Audio CD)
I have been waiting for this album for about 5 years now (when the band were only in their early teens). Music has got stayed and predictable. I live for the unexpected, and this lot are off the wall. A wall of noise sound, but importantly with real inteligence, Slade for a new generation.
These boys are gonna be big.
