4.0 out of 5 stars Does the job at a good price, 18 Mar 2014

Wanting to slowly get back into an exercise routine and spending a lot of time at desks / generally sitting this seemed ideal for me.

Couple of points to note, it can end up moving forwards as you pedal but can easily be dragged back into position. Also there's a lot of metal and fast/long pedaling can cause it to heat up quite a bit especially in the center so be careful if you plan to pack it away straight after use. The adjustable screw in the middle does seem to come loose after a while (maybe related to the previous comment) but again you can easily stop for a moment to retighten.

Overall easily setup, easy to use and easily transported all for a low price so would recommend to anyone who wants to get a bit more movement going.

4.0 out of 5 stars Simple but does the job, 3 Dec 2013

Bought this after my last phone died, had also just changed providers so the dual card function was a lot of help in slowly getting people to switch to my new number.

One of the main things people will notice is this doesn't come with google play by default and so you'll need to look at flashing/rooting if that's a problem for you but personally I found versions of most apps I need on the Amazon Appstore (which installed first time with no questions) and anything else I've been able to get from other sources.

Good camera, stick it on charge every other day which seems to do the job and doesn't take that long to charge either. Default keyboard isn't my favourite but again it's not hard to go find one you like. Has survived several falls from large heights which is never a bad thing, haven't tried dunking it so can't comment on waterproofing.

If you're looking for something you can just dump all your usual apps on then perhaps you should look somewhere else due to the Google Play issue, but if you're willing and have the time to look up community sites / alternative apps then this will do you just fine.

Bought two of these to replace some old pen drives, within a day or two of having them the case had fallen apart on both (see the other reviews.) Still usable and case is easily reassembled, looks like some cheap glue was used to hold the whole thing together.

If you have the patience then you're not doing bad on a size/price ratio, but if you just want something that'll be easy to use and wont fall apart in your hand (and is actually suitable as a gift, I certainly wouldn't want to give these to someone knowing how easily they come apart,) I'd go elsewhere.

I used Password safe on my old laptop and found myself having trouble remembering credentials on the move. Easy to use without removing the security element and made my life a lot easier. Would gladly recommend.

4.0 out of 5 stars Free and reliable Antivirus, 23 Nov 2013

I use this on my android phone and I've had no problems with it, the inbuilt data usage tracker is useful to compare to the phones one and make sure readings are reliable. Used it before on desktops/laptops and you get the same level of reliability for android.

My one gripe with it would be the updates, AVG asks me to download/install updates but then says it can't and that I'm already up to date (store auto-updating it maybe?) Would be nice to have the auto-update disabled so I know when it'll be using data but can't have everything on a free app I guess.

Does what it says on the tin, choices of multiplayer/singleplayer with(out) bots. Great way to play when you're on the move and not got space for rolling/etc. Well worth the 65p to get a reliable app and would seriously recommend it to anyone looking for a Yahtzee game.

3.0 out of 5 stars Useful but a little basic, 19 May 2013

As I don't have a 3G connection it's nice to have the ability to download the maps in advance and to be able to search by location and themes as well as saving locations to find them again later. The main issues I have are that the maps do seem a little out of date (some UK post codes return no results,) that it doesn't cope well with specific addresses (it can get me to the right street, but give it a house number and it can't cope,) and when doing searches the app can seem to freeze for a bit.

It's useful for on the go checks and got it for free (thank you again Amazon App of the Day) so I guess can't complain, but it feels like a lot more could have been done with this app.

Got this as the free app of the day. Controls take a bit of getting used to and could probably be better laid out for a Kindle screen, but it's playable with no obvious bugs (and no need for an active net connection which is always a plus in my book.)

The developer has released a "lite" version for free so I'd recommend playing that first and if you like what you see then the price tag should be worth it.

Picked this up as an app of the day, several modes to keep you on your toes as well as progressively more difficult levels. The theme does feel a little tacked on but the game is well worth it even if you ignore that.

Doesn't require any net connection and can be a nice one to play in a few spare minutes, give it a go.

Made some jokes when I first got this about how a 2p machine game could keep someones interest, weeks later I still play.
First off the positives: Fun, doesn't require a lot of time and dedication, no internet connection required and varied rewards/bonuses/sidegames to keep your interest.
The one thing that lets this down is the advertising, I realise they're hoping to sell a "remove adverts" feature but the popups really can get annoying and interrupt gameplay.

Overall I'd say have a go if it's the sort of thing that appeals, just don't click too quickly or else it'll end up opening all sorts of browser windows from the ads.
