Could have done with a bit more instruction - but results once I'd worked it out were good

Get your other half smelling nice!, 11 Feb 2010
Having been married to Old Spice man for 30 years, this was an attempt to modernise and drag him into the 21st Century. It's a great smell, and the combination of both used together is pretty powerful. However, I did catch him using the very expensive Eau de Toilette as deodorant, hence the overpowering waft as he sashayed down the stairs. A good gift, worth the money.

Mashinations, 11 Feb 2010
A bit disappointed as it doesn't mash as well as my ancient metal Prestige one did. I think that the plastic head hasn't as much 'bite' as a metal one, so it's a bit harder work. Looks nice though, and is well made.

Spotty problem, 11 Feb 2010
This was a divine looking teapot that matched my retro kitchen perfectly. However, i think I got a rogue, as it didn't pour very well and I ended up swimming in tea. However, Ginger were fab, accepted that it was faulty, and offered an immediate refund on return. I am a bit fussy about how my tea pours - so it might just have been me. But thanks Ginger - I will use you again!

Functional and funky, 11 Feb 2010
A really good looking bag that would'nt look out of place on the catwalk! It's a really well made, practical and sylish bag that does it's job admirably. It was a bit pricey, but the quality is excellent and it looks like it will last - essential given the conditions it's likely to be used in!

Spring is in the air, 11 Feb 2010
I needed a spring balance to weigh haynets, to make sure i was loading them with sufficient to see the horses through the night. The problem with this item is that the numbers are quite difficult to see, especially in low lighting conditions as we have in the hay store. Also, you have to hang it quite high to allow the haynet to hang it's weight. Perhaps i should have bought one that weighed up to a slightly lower quantity. However, it does what it says.

Inspector Gadget, 11 Feb 2010
A robust, well made bag that is big enough for the selected camera (Panasonic Lumix FZ380) and associated bits and pieces.

For beginners and returners, 11 Feb 2010
A good, practical book that is great for dipping in and out of when you have a few spare minutes. If you have specific concerns then you can easily find a section that addresses them and gives good, sound advice about tackling them.. A no nonsense, pictorial guide to getting less worse - in my case!

Sweet little wash bin, 11 Feb 2010
A bit smaller than anticipated - my fault as I didn't really taken much notice of the dimensions. The picture made it look bigger than it was. However, its very pretty, functional, ideal for smalls and lightweight items of clothing. Won't take a king size duvet set - but it does make you wash more frequently as you can't overfill it.. Well made and nicely rustic, Should have bought it's bigger brither.

Useful and informative, 30 Dec 2009
I had a wooden floor in a bathroom that needed a revamp - I bough this to get some ideas. There were lots of very quirky ideas for other things, but not a lot for floors. However, it did give lots of tips for paint types etc, so useful from that point of view. A bit americanised in places, but worth the money.
