I found this book very helpful in revolutionising the way we see foods.
I read it immediately after the one to quit smoking; the approach is similar and it helped me a lot.
Focus point is: do not rely always on willpower or you are going to fail.
Help your mind to reflect and understand, to perceive things for what they are.
