5.0 out of 5 stars Certainly is New Healthy Rock, 21 Oct. 2004
This review is from: New Health Rock (Audio CD)
This is a belter of a single, which does not appear on the new Tv On The Radio Album, So you Tv fans, it's a must have.
Its very dark and dingy, with a heavy bassline and great druming
a bit more up tempo from there other stuff which is on there album.
So just buy it. NOW!!!!

Quality album, there's bit of everthing on this album, there's some belters which feature the modfather Paul Weller and Liam Gallacher and some chilled out tracks which feature Dot Allison, this album is certinaly worth a listen.

5.0 out of 5 stars The godfathers of modern garage ROCK, 23 Mar. 2004
This review is from: Dangerous Magical Noise (Audio CD)
This Band dosen't get enough credit, every rock buff should have a DIRTBOMBS album in there collection, and this album is there latest outing, and it want disapoint, typical detroit rock, big drum beats, dirty fuzz guitars, and soulful lyrics. What more could a man want.
If you like White stripes, von bondies, detroit cobras then you would love this.

This is possibly one of my favourite albums of all time, (and i have a lot of albums)If you like Garage rock and roll, then this is for you, You've got every rock and roll band on here, covering the last 25 years, from the likes of MC5, Iggy and the Stooges, Pixies and The Hives, The Kills and The Von Bondies.
It's down right dirty rock
Just buy it, if you don't you will be missing out.

4.0 out of 5 stars Dark and Dingey Rock..............., Just the way a like it, 26 Feb. 2004
This review is from: Keep On Your Mean Side (Audio CD)
This is a good little album, with dark and dirty guitar riffs,
A lot a people compare them to the White Stripes, but i think that is a little unfair, cos this band has it's own sound,
But if you like the Detroit rock scene then this is your sort of album.
So buy it, your like it

4.0 out of 5 stars Good old fun punk from the Dickies, 4 Feb. 2004
This review is from: Punk Singles Collection (Audio CD)
The Dickies are one of those bands that you just can't help liking. There a band who don't take things too seriously and there is a certain element of fun to there songs.
On this album they specialise in punk cover versions, witch includes Black Sabbath's 'paranoid'. But the mix of punk covers and there own stuff works well,
So i recommend this to any punk fan

Steve-O - Don't Try This At Home - Parts 1 And 2 [DVD]
Dvd ~ Nick Dunlap
Offered by A ENTERTAINMENT
Price: £2.70

5.0 out of 5 stars MAN, Thats gotta hurt!, 4 Feb. 2004
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is HARDCORE stupidity at its best.
If you like Steve-O in the Jackass series and film then this is for you.
The first dvd (Vol.1)is just the stunts (fet. steve-o) that are to hardcore for Jackass.
The second dvd is the Don't try this at home the tour, where steve-o and the gang go around mexico and the states re-creating there stunts on stage. QUALITY
Both dvds feutures some of the Jackass crew
So this one is for all you Jackass fans out there

3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad, but not good either, 4 Feb. 2004
I had mixed fellings about this album, its very up and down. One minute there belting out bangers like 'Bad guy reaction' and ' Somebody's gonna get there head kicked in' and then the next minute there playing crap like 'top of the pops' and 'Ballroom blitz'
So half of this album has some rocking punk, and the other half has some pop punk.
The choice is yours.
