I love this album because of its Indian vibes and how it tunes in to different times of day. There are so many amazing instruments and sounds on the album that are beautiful. My favourite track is Midnight which is amazing as its starts off slow and starts to build up and right at the end its just jamming! love it! definitely A*****

Absolutely amazing book. Clearly written. Easy to understand, diagrams and explanations. One of the best books i have read and it has led me to buy more books published by the bihar school. Another book I bought by bihar is the one for asanas, it also amazingly written and described. These books are of a high calibre of yoga knowledge and practice.

A point to note however, it would be good to have at least a little background knowledge of chakras and energies before reading this book. Its not a book for absolute beginners. But why not buy it anyway? If u are on the path of yoga this is a must read book.

A+++++++ all the way.

I recommend this book highly, if you have been asking yourself questions about life, meanings this is the book to read, things will click into place you start to realise and notice things that have happened or that do happen in a different light. Michael Sharps style of writing is well written and communicated. truly enlightening.

a true disappointment this book doesnt teach you anything, a few positions on the floor with your legs here and there, nothing to actually do with the pole. do not buy unless if you intend to not learn poledancing!

each to their own opinion but i think this book is a bit crap!! the methods used are not very accurate - i have many books on astrology ad star signs this one is definitely a disappointment, not something you can always refer back to.

do not listen to anyone trying to put off david icke or his theories, read it for yourself it will completely open your eyes, the guy couldnt be a crazy man if he tried. His books are incredibly logical, most of it basic common sense - all about the system, the way the world goes round, who controls the world. It will make you see the world in a whole new perspective nothing is how it seems.
