2.0 out of 5 stars Infuriating if using IPad app, only seems to work on Android, 30 Mar. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Firstly the easy part, the speaker itself. I already have a Sonos Play 1 and a Pure Jongo T6X so can compare the Panasonic All3 to those speakers, bearing in mind their relative sizes. The All3 is a little bigger than the Play 1, but much smaller than the big Jongo. The All3's slightly bigger size than the Play 1 is evident in the punchier bass, perhaps the Play 1 has more clarity, but overall they seem to me to be pretty equal and very good. The Jongo, I am afraid, is not quite in the same league, good but not very good. The equaliser systems in all the speakers seem to reduce quality appreciably.
Now the infuriating part, the set up and apps.
Play 1, easy and always works.
Jongo, terrible, very finicky about wifi reception, takes an age to recognise the speaker and I have now relegated it to being wired through the aux input.
All3. Not the fault of the All3, but your router has to be configured to WPA2 security and mine was WEP. What should have been an easy change turned into a very frustrating process, the details are not important although every device in the house then had to be reconnected to the new password. As I say, not the fault of the All3, but annoying. Then the apps, the Panasonic is only in landscape, swap to All Play radio, only portrait, minor but irritating. Other music sources? Only 3 seem available, including of course premium Spotify. I can find no way to add Amazon music. What a contrast to Sonos. At least the tablet finds the speaker immediately, like the Sonos, not like the Jongo.
It seems a good speaker has been let down by the app. Hopefully the app will be developed, until then Sonos wins.
Additional note, I now have a pair of these speakers and the enhanced stereo sound is remarkable.
Further note. I have now been trying to use these speakers for 2 weeks and find them infuriating. Sometimes the IPad app "Panasonic music streaming" finds the speakers, usually not as AllPlay speakers although it sees them as DLNA speakers which it won't use. If it doesn't see them as AllPlay speakers, just wait, there's nothing you can do and then sometimes after 5 minutes or so they will appear, maybe not. I have tried the setting that maintains wifi connection, no improvement. I have tried wiring them with ethernet connections, no better. Now today there is a distinct delay between the two speakers set as a stereo group in the same room.
When tried with the Andoid app "AllPlay Jukebox" using an old Android tablet, everything works as it should, the speakers are instantly recognised and available, so the problem appears to lie with the iOS system.
So a good system unless you try to use it via iOS.

4.0 out of 5 stars Robust and weatherproof, but with some limitations., 27 Mar. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Living on a smallholding and with plenty of wildlife about I was excited to see what actually was coming and going, burrowing and digging. The unit itself appears well built and capable of withstanding the elements with a positive double clasp closure. Batteries are included, but not an SD card and internal memory is very small. I hadn't realised until reading another review that the sensor is only 3 megapixels despite the menus offering 3, 5 and 8 megapix settings. Take some time going through the menu, it will probably be in German and not understandable, but keeping scrolling until you get to a German/English choice and things get much easier. Initially I had the dark LED strength at high which overexposed everything at night, medium seems adequate for most uses, illuminating up to 30 or 40 feet away. The movement sensor seems fairly sensitive although having had it on all day in our farmyard just to test it, occasionally it seems slow to capture movement. Daytime pics are reasonable bearing in mind the 3 mp sensor. After the novelty of capturing wildlife movement wears off, I think this will be a useful surveillance camera for security purposes. It is discreet, needs no mains connection and will hopefully film any activity going on. And it's mainly the cat from the next farm that comes and goes so it appears.

Scholl Active Sports Insoles Gel for Women

4.0 out of 5 stars Comfy insoles, 27 Mar. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I have used these insoles in my New Balance 1080 v3 trainers. They are very comfortable & give good cushioning for the heels and also reasonable arch support. However I did not feel there was much difference between these insoles & the insoles that were already in my New Balance trainers.

I would recommend these insoles if you were looking for new insoles for your trainers.

The bottom of the insole has three marks indicating the place to cut for the various sizes (5 to 8) & the insole fitted easily into my trainers.

4.0 out of 5 stars Make a real difference, 22 Mar. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
These insoles really do improve comfort. I have used these in my work boots that had hard unyielding insoles and there is a marked improvement. They are not over supportive, I use Sorbothane double strike insoles in my walking boots and these really do offer good support, but at roughly twice the cost. So for the price, these Scholl insoles are a good compromise, definitely more comfortable and good value for money.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun to build, 26 Feb. 2015

This is a cute little plastic figure to which you attach decorations. These can be chosen from a variety of supplied possibilities and are attached by plastic plugs. They are made of card and can be curled with the supplied curler. The initial build is fun, but I think it is unlikely they will be continually rebuilt with alternative decorations, more likely they will be put on a shelf as a decoration.

5.0 out of 5 stars An efficient rechargeable toothbrush, 17 Feb. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
An excellent electric toothbrush from Oral-B priced very reasonably from Amazon at the moment at £29.99. This is the third Oral-B electric toothbrush that I have owned. They seem to clean my teeth very well & I like the fact that it vibrates after 30 seconds to let you know that you should change to clean another section. It comes with a small charger so it is easily packed when you go away. There is a light to inform you if you are pressing too hard but once you have used the brush for a couple of days you know how hard you should press anyway.
This particular version massages your gums gently as well as cleaning the teeth. It comes with a CrossAction head where some of the bristles are angled. I found that this helps clean in between my teeth better. The head has the usual blue Oral-B indicator bristles so you know that you need to change your head when the blue colour has faded halfway down the bristles.
The brush keeps its charge well & I often take it away for a week without needing to recharge it. This model does seem slightly noisier than my previous model.

Miele Complete C3 Celebration Electro EcoLine Plus Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner, 4.5 Litre, 800 W, Red
Miele Complete C3 Celebration Electro EcoLine Plus Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner, 4.5 Litre, 800 W, Red
Price: £319.99

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but with a significant problem, 11 Feb. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Initial impressions are good, Miele quality is evident, the controls work well and the construction is nicely finished. It appears to be a very efficient cleaner, achieving high ratings for efficiency both in cleaning ability and energy consumption. There is an good range of 6 suction powers, ranging from one for curtains to six for hard flooring. The cleaner moves well on all surfaces having a swivel front wheel & 2 rear wheels and is easy to lift over steps as it has a handle on one end which then means the body is vertical. The weight is reasonable.
The cleaner comes with 3 different heads:
The Electrobrush head, this has 5 different heights which can be altered by pressing on a foot switch on the head. This head cleans close to edges & also cleans many different surfaces effectively.
The standard floorhead which can be used for all normal cleaning.
A hard floorbrush head specifically for floors with deep gaps & crevices.
I found that the flex should be pulled out fully at the start of your cleaning as it was not over generous in its length and needs a significant pull to unwind. However all you need to do to retract the flex is to press the rewind foot lever briefly.
The cleaner comes with 4 accessories 3 of which are stored neatly in the top of the cleaner. The dusting brush is stored in the handle. I do wonder how strong the lid is of the accessories compartment as it does seem a little flimsy.
The big disadvantage of this cleaner concerns the Electrobrush. This is a 240 v powered brush and highly effective, more so than the 24 v powered head on our Henry. Whilst the low voltage of the Henry means the wiring can be incorporated into the hose, this is not be the case with the Miele, presumably beacause of the mains voltage. There is therefore an electric lead attached with 9 clips to the outside of the hose and suction pipe. This is OK whilst using the Electrobrush, although if the adjustable length suction pipe is short the wire has several slack portions. The problem occurs when the Electrobrush is disconnected to use other accessories meaning the wiring has to be unclipped along the flexible hose , 7 clips are involved, and then the wire unplugged from the main body. This is a significant faff and I feel it would become increasingly annoying . It is a shame that the design does not make it easier to change from one head to another.
My previous cleaner was a Numatic Henry, in comparing the two with their power heads on, the Miele weighs 500 g less. The Miele also has a wider power head than Henry but the standard head is narrower. However the Henry has a longer flex, it is easy to switch between heads & the accessories are also easy to use.
The Henry was bought because a series of upright vacuum cleaners lasted for a disappointingly short time and previous experience with the Henry range had proven how robust they are. The powered Henry brush, an extra, works reasonably well, but the Miele is far superior being 240v powered. However it does rather beg the question as to whether an upright cleaner may be better overall, providing the powerful brushing action without the problems involved in changing accessories.
Although the Henry has a more powerful motor in terms of wattage, the suction of the Miele seems equally good at maximum setting, a reflection presumably of it's A efficiency rating.
Overall this is a quality product and apart from the wiring on the Electrobrush, which may not bother some, should prove to be an efficient vacuum cleaner

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointingly flimsy, 9 Feb. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is disappointingly flimsy and I am sure the lock could easily be overcome. I thought a Bisley product would be better than this, but at the price I suppose it is reasonable. Had I been able to actually see it before purchase I would have spent more on a better product
