Heart Weaving Ribbon Bookmark Kits (Pack of 4)
Heart Weaving Ribbon Bookmark Kits (Pack of 4)

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use, entertaining for ages, 26 April 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Had these for girls at a seventh birthday party. Took a surprisingly long time for them to weave and they needed help, some made up their own way of doing it, but they looked good. Straightforward to open and get going. The bookmarks are probably not going to last for ages.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun, not long lasting, 26 April 2014

Seven year old girls loved them, great party bag gifts. Slightly patchy the day after we applied them and gone after maybe a week but that's what I expected.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun and great for confident swimming seven year old, 22 Aug 2011
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars
As described. Bought it for fun for my four-year-old daughter, who enjoys pretending to be a diver around the house, but the mask would be too big to create a seal on her face underwater. A seven-year-old boy borrowed it and swam round a pool a few times with his face underwater, so it does work for the right size of child! Basic, no valves or anything, but cheerful and functional.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun for a while, 2 Nov 2010

My three and a half year old Peppa fan is very happy with this. She likes choosing the snow picture pieces or the picnic picture pieces - one jigsaw has bigger pieces so they are easily sorted. My one and a half year old also thinks it's great fun taking the pieces out of the box and putting them back in again. The pieces are not strong, and they fit together in the wrong places as well as the right ones, which delights the little one proudly putting a jigsaw together!

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant, stellar, heavenly, 24 Jun 2009
I found this book fascinating and exciting. Yes, it is academic, but then when I read "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" I found lots of words I didn't know. Michael Ward reveals the depths and originality of CS Lewis' contribution to literature, and the book showed me the delights of the hidden planetary link, and also lots of other details of medieval thought and style. Read the Chronicles of Narnia and the Cosmic Trilogy (Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, That Hideous Strength) and if you liked those, read this.
