Terrible customer service!, 7 Aug. 2013
Watch was faulty out of the box. Suunto refused to swap it and said my only option was a repair. They asked me to change the battery which resolved the problems for a couple of months and then the screen scrambled again. Now Suunto want me to pay £190 for a replacement refurb unit even though my watch is still within its 1yr warranty because they said I changed the battery which let water in!?? In addition to that the black display is way too dark. Have also cross checked altimeter with my aircraft alt and the watch is way off. It looks nice but very unreliable and with customer service on par with BT I would recommend steering clear of Suunto...
