The Drive is very good for the price, slimline and portable. It works very well as a plug an dplay device, and goes very well with my Eee PC 1000H. However, when the drive arrived i was a bit annoyed that it was not black as advertised, but silver. its not really a problem, just a bit of false advertising on the part of amazon. But the drive is a fantastic bit of kit, and i would thoroughly suggest buying it.

Peter Jackson has done it again. following the success of the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, King Kong is an SFX masterpiece. although it is a full hour until you see Kong, this time goes remarkably quicky, as you are introduced to the all star cast of characters: A Bankrupt filmaker(Jack Black-Shallow Hal), a desperate actress (Naomi Watts-Assasination of Richard Nixon), and a successful Scriptwriter (Adrien Brody-The Pianist). when the characters eventually reach skull island, we are greeted with a wild array of creatures, from the petrifying islanders to a herd of dinosaurs, all created in breathtaking detail. we marvel as we meet Kong, a huge ape around who the story is based, and watch as he falls in love. then it's onto the breathtaking scenes in 1933 New York, recreated with over 90,000 buildings being built in minature scale by Jacksons crew. in a nutshell? the greatest SFX film ever, but not as good as Lord Of The Rings. still, buy it. you won't regret it.

Oasis are gods. along with Whats The Story?, Definitely Maybe is the best album of the 90's, and still beats the Arctic Monkeys into greatest debut. a song list:

COLUMBIA - Gets off to a slow start, but once it gets going, Oasis at their purest. bizzarely, slowed down lyrics. doesnt really fit with the tune. 4/5
SUPERSONIC - not as good as Columbia. Liam sings too softly. 3/5
BRING IT ON DOWN - like up in the sky, very rocky. kickass riff as well. 4/5
CIGARETTES AND ALCOHOL - rocky, awesome beat, clear lyrics and memorable tune. 5/5
DIGSYS DINNER - good guitar, great drumming from Tony McCaroll. strange lyrics, but still great nonetheless. 4/5
SLIDE AWAY - famous, but slightly boring. either love it or hate it, although Liam really comes through with the vocals. 3/5
MARRIED WITH CHILDREN - every Oasis album has an acoustic track, and this beats them all. beautiful guitar tune, soft vocals, classic lyrics. stunning. 6/5

why does everyone compare this to Family Guy? whereas FG is more easy to understand, it is once again follows a boring pattern of an avarege family (Simpsons et al). MacFarlane has taken his genius to new levels with American Dad - making jokes about US Foreign Policy, whilst integrating the aura of loose, laugh-out-loud comedy that we've come to expect from his crew. the characters are more lovable then Family Guy too - Stan, the Republican CIA agent, Francine, the feminist housewife(!), Hailey, the democratic environmentalist, Steve, the geek, and, my fave, Roger, the alien whos addicted to food, alcohol, sugar, cigarettes, and everything else! Seth MacFarlane and hus guys have created the comedy series of the year. AWESOME!! BRING ON S2

BUY THIS ALBUM!!!

I have had one of these magnificent iPods for several months, and i think that it's the best (over priced) £175 ive ever spent. The games are fun, the quality of songs is amazing (unless the original CD was scratched anyway), and the size is so compact, that i have been known to lose it in my briefcase. I do have 2 slight setbacks, though.
1. the battery life is NOT the claimed 8 hours. it often runs out after 5 hours or so.
2. if u don't have the internet on youy computer, it can take up to 20 minutes to name and import the songs onto my mini.
it is still overpriced, but the size makes the Junior iPod worth it. the click wheel, which has now been stolen by the newer, bigger iPods, works great. the keypad sometimes decides to lock itself, which is easily reversible by holding down the MENU and the centre button at the same time.
Regarding USB, i have never had any problems. But as for the box contents, i think apple needs to start throwing in a dock and a hard case to make the iPod mini worth the not-modest asking price. mini's are easily obtainable on Ebay for as little as £100. all in all, the iPod mini is one of the best electronic gizmos since it's big bro stole the headlines several years ago....

I was lucky enough to recieve one of these fantastic gadgets on the day it was released in the UK- 24th July. Having had it for over a week now, I maintain that it is the best 175 pounds I have ever spent. The sound is amazing quality for such a small object, The Games are relatively fun (especially Parachute...), And I just find the whole Gizmo totally incredible. The iPod mini is a little bit pricey, but you get your money's worth. The 1000 song limit may prove too small for some people, but it is perfect to use if you just want your favourite songs, or if you have very little music. "The Beginners iPod" is truly fantastic. I am not going to go on about the box contents, but suggest that you also place an order for an iPod mini Dock, and Remote. Then Your life with music will be complete. And all this in a package that weighs about four CD's. Magnificent, and I love it so much. Especially cool in Silver or Blue.
