Poor instructions and poor customer service, 4 Oct 2012
The instructions are the absolute basic, not helpful at all, you are not told how to use the heat control in conjunction with the temperature control, I was told by customer service to just use which control I prefered, I queried via email twice why the heat control turns the heat on and off continuously and makes a clicking noise, whereas the temperature control has the heat on continuously with no clicking noise, I have still not had a reply to this. A proper full set of instructions is not too much to ask when you spend this much for a product. I will not be buying any further Andrew James products after this experience.

Gloves inside smell after a while, 20 Aug 2012
Sadly the inside of the gloves are not waterproof and inevitably water will get in through the cuff top, the gloves then begin to stink and so will your hands after wearing them, the stink is very hard to get out from the gloves and from your hands, Fabreeze was useless!

Keeps getting jammed, 20 Oct 2011
Works well at first then the blades start to jam in place and is quite hard to unjam. Best to invest more for a better quality Secateurs.

Pretty useless., 20 Oct 2011
Tried removing crumpets from toaster with tongs and it dropped them onto kitchen floor, same thing happened with crusty bread.

Great plates shame about delivery and packaging, 20 Oct 2011
The plates are great, but the delivery firm are a shambles, first delivery and most plates were smashed into several pieces, packaging very poor, replacement delivery, plates were also smashed to pieces. You had to make do with the plates which survived from both deliveries.

Shame about the cold spots and rubbish tongs and baking tray, 20 Oct 2011
I have been using this item for over a year, it cooks well in general, but you do notice some areas of the oven it cooks food more than in other areas, which makes a mockery of it's claim that cooking is even through out, some areas food is burnt, other areas food is undercooked. Also cooking on two layers is useless, food on the bottom layer hardly gets cooked. The tongs supplied are utter rubbish, you will have to buy proper ones to lift food out with, well. The baking pan is poor, the coating peels off in places in just a couple of months, I got a replacement pan and the same thing happened. The bright light through the slits on the lower ridge is blinding, make sure you put something in front of lights, whilst it is on eg. a thin chopping board balanced on the lid stand to block out the blinding light, why they didn't think to filter out this blinding light completely in the first place is beyond me.

Shame about the combination!!!, 20 Oct 2011
I bought two of these thinking they were a great idea, I have seen on youtube how easy it is to decipher the combination, on this and other types of combination padlocks, can be done in under one minute :( .Can't return them for a refund as they are fitted to shed with the security screws supplied, which can't be undone. Don't rely on these for security, they are made redundant because of how easy it is decipher the combination, it would be better and cheaper to get normal locking bolts and fit a key padlock to it.
