Equally as exciting and intriguing as the first Nadia Tesla book. Chase sequences seem to be a regular feature and Orest describes them excitedly.

A real gem of a book. I carry this book on every one of my frequent trips to London. Always find something of interest, that is if you like being off the tourist routes. One small criticism - more detail of actual locations would be helpful.

The book is a delight to handle. The contents, as expected, enlightening and very profound. I am so pleased with the book I have ordered Grimms Complete fairy Tales and Hans Christian Anderson

A trifle slow to start with but picked up into a intriguing tale. The characters were well detailed. I rather enjoyed the story.

4.0 out of 5 stars interesting and not so interesting, 21 Mar 2014

I am on the approximately two thirds into 'London'. The first 600 pages I was absorbed, but the last 100 are beginning to be rather tiresome. I think Mr Rutherfurd was becoming rather 'bogged down'. Hopefully the remainder of the book will pick up again.

Great illustrations. Silly verses. What more could you ask to pass a couple of hours away from the day to day worries.

I first worked this out when in my teens. Thought I'd impress the kids. I did. None of them have yet succeeded in finishing with one marble in the middle, whilst grandad here succeeded first time. Gained me lots of kudos

Finding traditional bookbinding too time consuming and 'gluey', I thought I'd give this a try. Absolutely up.my street. First attempts a bit untidy, but perseverance is improving my sewing skills.
