4.0 out of 5 stars Good advice, 4 Aug. 2008
A book written with plenty of detail. I recommend it along with the much talked about book 'SACRED SPACE' by ELIZABETH BAILEY, for the whole complement of beating Depression, Anxiety and Stress.

This book holds advice that will help anyone. The wisdom of the practice of Mindfulness Meditation is the key. I highly recommend it along with 'Sacred Space' by Elizabeth Bailey.

5.0 out of 5 stars Uplifting and Generous, 19 May 2008
An excellent book that shares much information. I particularly enjoyed exploring the occasional helpful 'mind excercises', which the book suggests, and found them quick to do and powerfully enlightening, which is so important in one's journey in moving forward from the often limiting restrictions of the state of ones 'ego'.

I also recommend 'Sacred Space' by Elizabeth Bailey, 'How to Change Your Life in 7 Days' by Paul McKenna and 'The Secret', for further uplifting and positive self-help advice.

Thank you for this superb advice.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Guide to Self -help, 20 Mar. 2008
This book is full of inspirational and easy to read advice, which include many different subjects, and in my opinion, is well worth investing in. The book's advice reminds you that you are in control. It gives clear directions, and it's process really can work very swiftly!

All of the excercises recommended in the book, prepare you to adopt a positive mind frame for your day ahead. My absolute favourite is the 'inner smile' excercise, which when practiced, immediately brings light and helps you to look at situations in your life from a new, relaxed angle.

This is my second review of a book written by Paul McKenna, and along with Elizabeth Bailey's 'SACRED SPACE', I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to improve themselves.

An excellent guide to self-development.

Thank you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Advice, 13 Mar. 2008
This review is from: I Can Make You Thin (Paperback)
This book is full of supportive and positive advice. As with all books written by Paul Mckenna; on every page there is a message to share with others towards improving the quality of their lives.

A book that I will refer to time and time again. I usually lend books out for friends to read, but this one along with 'SACRED SPACE' by Elizabeth Bailey, I will be definately keeping for myself.

I highly recommend anyone to read this book for themselves. All of Paul Mckennas books give people the awareness of the choice of adding quality to their lives - and what could be better advice than that!

Thank you.

5.0 out of 5 stars An Informative Well Written Guide, 1 Jun. 2007
Having had the experience of being a sufferer of M.E.(Chronic fatigue) myself. In my opinion, there are only two books which stand out from the crowds of others, which are importantly, 'informative' and 'well structured' for M.E./C.F.S. sufferers. In my opinion, this book joins ELIZABETH BAILEYS guide book to recovery 'SACRED SPACE', as being an excellent, informative, and useful resource for M.E./C.F.S. sufferers, and indeed their carers/families. Both these titles are carefully and clearly written, crucially with much respect, and genuine compassion for their readers at all times. Well done and thank you, on behalf of other M.E. sufferers.
