I don't usually say this about a band. But this album is PERFECT. Ranging from subdued and intimate to arena-filling rock anthems.

Jared's voice is on TOP form, and I mean that, just listen to "From Yesterday" if you don't believe me. He may be on a complete ego-trip with this album, but hell, he's earnt it.

It is massive, extravagant, daring, tight and simply amazing. Utilising different time signatures (such as the 3:4 time signature in "The Kill" - hence its Waltz feel, and the waltz dance in the video), and different tunings, 30STM have really set the bar for other bands to live up to.

Shannon Leto (Jared's brother) is by far one of the most amazing rock drummers to appear recently, with technical drumming, amazing fills and an overall brilliant performance.

And don't listen to Amazon's comment on their Bjork cover, "Hunter" is a stand-out track on the album, a brilliant alternative, synth epic.

30STM are a band that mean business, well, Jared does at least...

All twelve games of Command and Conquer, who could want more?
Being a fan right from the start, I knew I had to get this. And upon receiving it, I didn't know what to think at first because all the reviews here pointed out numerous errors.
For me, I found none. All the movies played fine, all the games played fine, and the Ant Missions in Red Alert were there as they always have been. I am in awe of this package, and - at the risk of sounding like an old person - it takes me back!
Perhaps they all work perfectly fine for me because I am running XP Service Pack 2? Just a thought to bear in mind. The only, minor, tiny problem I have is that the Network option in the original C&C doesn't work, but shouldn't be hard to fix.
An excellent compilation of all the games, and Sole Survivor isn't in - but that's understandable, since it's an outdated online only game.
A must have for ALL C&C fans, and those new to the games.

As the great Command and Conquer universe continues to grow, the latest hit is the best ever!
Going back to more realistic combat and away from the futuristic and almost unrealistic Red Alert 2, Generals places you in a conflict between China and America against the Global Liberation Army (terrorists).
The game is superbly crafted with a fully rotatable camera to view the landscape and missions that are so brilliantly thought out that you will play them again and again and still find new things!
The creators have cut down on costs, like no movies between levels and no specialised installation. The price of the game is a bit high, but at least the annoying and long installation program and the annoying movies are gone. Instead there is a normal installation program and movies using the game engine itself, which are good - but annoyingly unskippable.
Overall this is the best Command and Conquer game ever, unlimited Superweapon amounts and fantastic new strategies to use - and no more tank rushes from the enemy. This is a must have for all old fans, like me, and new players!
