5.0 out of 5 stars Shhh...but its so CUTE & works really well :O), 28 Feb 2008
bought this cool little item (well infact, there are three of them, in three different colours - Christmas presents!!!) alongside & for my new Apple iPod Classic 80GB...previously, just wrapped the ear phones around my old mini iPod, which led to the headphones degrading both in appearance & sound quality...but now using a dock for the classic iPod, wanted to store my earphones away from sight, but not have them tangle...with an extra 5-10 secs, this solves it all! pop the actual ear phones into the little pods, keeping them dirt, dust free, then either wrap the cable around the central bit or create a figure of eight, both finishing off with inserting the very end into one of the two slits! a little 5% discount off your next order, with initial free delivery, baragin too!

5.0 out of 5 stars Pure Protection & Care for your DS LITE!, 28 Feb 2008
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
-2 x Screen Filters; perfect, no need to but official or other!just clean the screen & take your time over a table!
-EVA Carry Case; EXCELLENT! fits the DS Lite like a glove, thus not oversized & i can carry 3 spare games in the supplied 'Game Storage Cases' within the top part netted area, possibly possibly 4, 5 at a push!
-Anti-Static Cleaning Cloth; does the job (use it before applying the screen protectors & after)
-3 x Game Storage Cases; great
-Adjustable Neck Strap;ok, but not used! Wrist Strap; prevented many a drop, ESSENTIAL!
-4 x Console Port Protectors; keeping dirt & dust out, great idea! i only use the ear phones & charging port protectors though
-thumb stylus; a preference thing! Spare Stylus; very handy!
-Stereo Earphones; do the job

trust me, spent days researching, a very good buy!

5.0 out of 5 stars perfectly made for iPod classic..., 21 Feb 2008
exactly fits, both the iPod Classic 80GB & 160GB, using two appropriately sized, gorgeously chromed yet reflectively subtle, front cases, that attach to a sleek rubberised matte black, back! the iPod's screen seamlessly, as if by magic, shines through the cover when operated(cheesy but true)...no buts...just to reiterate what another reviewer advises: you do need to keep the 'brightness' set to 50+ & i would also advise that this isn't a temporary case i.e. snap on, snap off! once on, its shut safe & securely...to open you need a non-abrasive lever, it advises a coin, but be careful not to scratch your lovely new iPod!

5.0 out of 5 stars The best just got BETTER!, 30 Nov 2004
Not bought the iPod photo yet! But had a good play with it on Sat during the final day of MacExpo2004...WOW!!!
Just as easy to operate as the previous models of iPod...but so much more, well, colourful...
Not only can you listen to your music in the best possible manner, but also view artwork downloaded, for example off iTunes, with the tracks &/or albums!
If your like me & have more than two locations to show pics from, then you will love this...plug the iPod photo into a TV...click slide show on your pics, choose a playlist of songs & away you go...definately not boring yourself & others!
Well what more can i add...you get to play the games & view your schedule in colour ;0)

Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade

5.0 out of 5 stars XP does the job so much better..., 18 Feb 2004
Had a PC running Windows ME & after the constant blue screens & the usual barrage of Ctrl+Alt+Del, I decided enough was enough...
I upgraded from ME to XP without a problem...it was so easy, helpful & didn't take that long at all...
The aftermath, a fantastic pc, it starts so much quicker, software opens quicker, much quicker & it looks good, allowing you to change every icon & have a silver colour scheme (it will never be the fantastic Mac OS X 'Panther' but looks nearly as good).
Some advice, allow yourself from half a day to a full day! Back up all your folders, files (work) & make sure you have all CDs to hand...un-install all software, drivers that XP advices might not work & download all XP drivers, updates into a folder! After upgrading to XP, install all the drivers & away you go...
My sound card, scanner & printer did not want to work under XP, but I did what I was told & after installing the new drivers...everything worked well...better than before...
WELL WORTH THE UPGRADE FEE ;0)

The Seventy Architectural Wonders of Our Modern World: Amazing Structures and How They Were Built
The Seventy Architectural Wonders of Our Modern World: Amazing Structures and How They Were Built

5.0 out of 5 stars A brilliant read & visual aid!, 26 Oct 2002
Firstly lets not argue or disagree with the seventy chosen architectural structures, all have specifically been chosen for individual stature, meaning & use in our present modern daily life.
With that out of the way, the book is divided into 7 well-documented sections where each structure is categorised. I was very delighted to have turned to the forth section, Towers & Skyscrapers, to see at no.42, The World Trade Centre towers acknowledged, despite the recent events on September 11th. Also the great work of Brunel, the Thames Tunnel at no.50 & the not so well known but astonishing, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge at no.60 in Bridges, Railways & Tunnels section, & finally the impressive jaw dropping, Mount Rushmore at no.70, in the final section, Colossal Statues.
The book really does exactly what it sets out to do, to explain & celebrate the masterpieces of architecture, design & engineering. A great insight, which could get you hooked, & wanting more, so the book has a detailed further reading page, fantastic!
As an architectural student the book is an essential necessity for reference & research, but with 352 amazingly beautiful illustrations, 267 in captivating colour, that with enlightening text makes it a very excellent coffee table book too. You will certainly not be disappointed with this purchase.
