It explains presentation of food from plate shapes to different styles. It is clear and concise and the pictures demonstrate well the methods that can be employed to produce superb looking food.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dozen a day, 7 April 2011
Excellent book for warm up exercises and also for establishing fingering positions. Maybe a bit young in its approach for an adult learner like me but excellent all the same.A Dozen A Day: Primary Bk. 1 (Book & CD)

1.0 out of 5 stars Very disappointing, 4 July 2009
Carnopy Weekender V3.0, 150D Green Canvass. Portable Canopy for your vehicle

This looked ideal for what we wanted. Unfortunately, it lasted all of 10 minutes before the clip on that attaches the roof bar to the suction cup snapped and the whole thing collapsed coming down on top of the animals beneath it. Now I accept that sometimes things don't work quite as they are meant to, but I have phoned Carnopy umpteen times to try to get this (now useless)piece of equipment sorted out and every time, I get their answer machine and every time I leave a message and not once have they called me back.
No customer service
No after sales support
It is a case of 'we've had your money now get lost'.
Absolutely apauling!
