1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, 3 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a smart looking product and purchase was influenced by the largely positive reviews.
I was hoping for a solar light that could survive UK climate. Disappointingly this seems to not be the case.
I bought 3 units and all are installed in sunny locations. Yes its winter and the days are shorter but all
three devices have only worked for a week before failing and weather is actually bright although cold. Now they only illuminate briefly before giving up. Disappointed!!!

Typical Sarah Morgan plot of two people falling in love under amusing and contrary circumstances. A fun read and difficult to put down.

2.0 out of 5 stars Very well written but not a happy story, 11 Aug 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
It's a well written and clever book but not exactly a happy story.
It covers the darker side of humanity and there is enough of that in reality without
indulging in more in fiction. So while its an okay read it is not worth a second read
any time soon. Hence two stars as not really liked.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent read, 28 May 2013

Seems a highly plausible plot with excellent NASA based research for authenticity.
My only criticism would be the foul language of the hero which got tiresome very quickly.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great series, 16 Mar 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The Maker Series about life probes sent out to find faster than light capable civilisations is a great read.
The only criticism is that I couldn`t follow the eventual description of how the FTL was supposed to work. Something to do with anti matter being normal matter going backwards in time. My bad I guess.
