2.0 out of 5 stars It's a beast !, 19 April 2008
I bought the Cosmos to replace an Antec 900, which had been the best case for cooling I'd ever purchased, it's only downside was limited space to work in.

Cosmos gives you room to work in and is good for airflow, but it's the biggest case I've ever come across, it just about fits under the desk and I find I keep knocking it as it's so big. Despite all the size, airflow and fans it's actually running a couple of degrees hotter than the antec 900.

The two star rating isn't because it's big, (that's what I was after). The reason is it's not worth the money, (the Antec was excellent value for money). The hard drive retention mechanism is absolutely shoddy, there is only provision for 4 hard drives despite the size of the case, (an additional hard drive cage would have solved that problem). Everything just feels cheap somehow, not what I'd expect for a £120 + case.

Essentially if you're looking for a great long term investment, look elsewhere.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best soundtrack for years, 21 Mar. 2008

I can count the number of film soundtracks I've bought on two hands, this is one of the best. Outside of the category of film soundtracks it's still one of the best albums I've heard in a while.

A superb effort from two talented musicians, I really hope the do something together again soon.

2.0 out of 5 stars Incredibly poor value for money, 28 Dec. 2007
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:2.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:2.0 out of 5 stars
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Over priced and disappointing is the best description for this product. The 'over 25 accessories' is a complete sham as with the exception of two figures the 'accessories' are part of the product, e.g roof fittings and plant pots. The £30 play mobil set we bought has seen a lot more playing and from a parents perspective it's much sturdier and far better value for money.

The pictures on the box and on the Amazon images can only be produced by buying a lot more accessories, the product when bought is not like the pictures, it's essentially an empty shell, that allows you to spend hundreds of pounds to get it to the standard shown in the pictures.

This product should be avoided.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb Debut Album, 5 May 2003
This review is from: Come Away With Me (Audio CD)
This is one of the years best albums, the tracks are extremely lifting. Just about everything on this album is superb, Norah's voice, the musicians and the songwriting. If you're into heavy metal or a strict diet of dance music, it's probably not for you, but you'd be missing music at it's best.

5.0 out of 5 stars Surprisingly Good, 27 May 2000
This review is from: Soldier [DVD] [1998] (DVD)
Having gone straight to video, I wasn't expecting a lot from this film. However I was pleasantly surprised to find it a really entertaining sci-fi film. The action scenes are well done, acting is fine and the storyline is good.
A soldier raised from birth to be a killing machine, finds he is replaced by the newer enhanced breed. Left for dead he discovers another side of life. When his past catches up with him it's war.
Fun, entertaining and well worth seeing.
