Total of 84 mins of exercise - if you wanted to do all of it. Which you can if you like! You don't have to do the 28 day plan - you can use combinations and do as much... or as little as you like.
Personally, I like the DVD and I am using it in my own way. I like Coach Nicole's style and trust her exercises will bring results without injury. I prefer this to some celeb soap star person wiggling about in front of me... and much prefer this to some hardcore shouty style instructions! This doesn't mean this DVD is too gentle - it will work your body - do not be fooled into thinking this isn't challenging - because the intermediate and advanced moves are considerable steps up from the modified versions.
My advice would be to check out Coach Nicole on Sparkpeople.com and the free workout videos and see how you like her style - if you like her calm, reassuring manner and cheerful good nature then you will enjoy the DVD. If you want more bling, boom or celebs, check out something else.
