1.0 out of 5 stars Minimal Substance, Horribly Written, 8 Jan 2014

This book doesn't actually have much that could be said to be truely new ideas on fitness or muscle. What it does have is lots of telling you why you should buy and read this book, even though you have to have bought it and are reading it in order to read that. It has other things to try and bulk it out like how you should act in public, which they believe is like a wideboy. And there's the endless swearing and the tone that is very much "Ya know wot I mean, bro" which is all unnessecary and only truely there to make it sound like their going to make you into something.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best Pop Quantum Physics books, 8 Jan 2014

Out of all the pop science books on this subject I believe this to be the best I have read. Many other books of this type either do not really try to explain the underlying science or do so in a way that just leaves even more questions. This book is easy to read and covers topics so that any one can get a clear picture of the general idea. Its also not too dumped down and covers topic up to the point were you can only go further by studying the subject properly.

5.0 out of 5 stars A MOST EXCELLENTLY written physics book, 8 Jan 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
For years I have tryed to find a book on this subject that cover it like this one does. This book covers the topic from the ground up, unlike many books on this subject that seem to believe you have (or should have) a range of knowledge on certain areas already. But it does not stop with just the very simple stuff it keeps going to give a great general covering of subject.

What realy makes this book special is the way it is written and the tone it is written in. I hope that Peter Collier is writing another book (on physics or any other subject).
