A quick but thought provoking read., 17 July 2013
I found this book very quick to read but it left me thinking more about my eating habits and how I source my food. Having read it from cover to cover I now dip into the book as a reminder. The book is well written with no hint of preaching. I would recommend this to anyone interested in the basics of sourcing and eating a healthy diet.
