Establishing a Culture of Patient Safety: Improving Communication, Building Relationships, and Using Quality Tools
Price: £22.42

4.0 out of 5 stars Practical introduction to PCM, 5 Mar. 2016
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This book is packed with examples of PCM in the real world. There is a lot of repetition, and a better structure would make it easier to use as a textbook.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tales of a man called Bond, 1 Nov. 2013

Ian Fleming's presentation of Bond as a man who happens to work for the secret service came as a pleasant relief to me - someone brought up on the 'superspy' of the movies. The link between the two Bonds is undoubtedly their desire for women. But in this, and the other Bond books by Fleming, you get a sense that Bond doesn't always know how things will work out and therein lies the reason for investing time in this book. I've given this four stars because not all of the stories in this collection feel properly rounded off. Octopussy shows everything that's great about Fleming's attention to detail and is one of the best examples of the entire Bond canon. The Living Daylights feels like the inspiration for the movie rather than a full tale and the other stories fit between those extremes.
