my new food bible!!, 5 Sept. 2007
I'm not in the habit of writing reviews...this is my first one...well i pre ordered this book after seeing the series advertised not knowing what to expect...the book (which i have picked up time and time again this last week) is fantastic!! I dont like diets at all and have no intention of starting one, even though i could do with dropping a dress size. This book gives you motivation to think about what you eat, doesnt restrict anything and promotes you to make your own substitutions, thus making it more of a lifestyle change than a diet. BUY IT!!!
