Should be required reading for courses in business ethics and soclology.
I liked the cautious frankness and the coloquial style.
Also, an insiders confirmation of the extent of a form of private initiative. Not reccomendable, but it is there.
An interesting topic for academic debates might be, how many well-known business mangers (and politicians) would survive in a world in which not much is written down, but one's word counts - or else.
