I have been following the guidelines in this book for 2 weeks, and feel so much better., 6 Nov 2013
Before starting my new Grain Brain plan my brain was foggy and I had trouble focusing. I can honestly say my thinking is a lot clearer after just 2 weeks, I have also fought a virus that I previously couldn't shift and my sleeping has improved. I have swapped most of the wheat, carbs and gluten in my diet for free range organic eggs, olive oil and low carb/low sugar fruit/veg, feeling so much better!
