The glasses were perfectly fine when they arrived, but, they don't sit on my face in the way they look as though they might. That is to say that rather than the lenses arching so that the bottom of the lenses sit on the face, they are flat.
At first, I was a little hesitant about spending the extra 70 odd pounds for the Redy Grandma with 3 gears but having had it for about a month now, I am glad I paid the extra. Bristol is not a massively hilly city but those 3 gears certainly do come in handy.
The bike came 99% assembled, leaving me to just screw in the pedals and pop the handlebar in. Ergonomically, it's a dream to ride and with exception of the funny looks I sometimes get (as a 38 year old man on a Dutch woman's bike) when riding it, it's great.
My only criticism is that it would have been nice if the appropriate pump came with the bike, or, the appropriate pump was a suggested "buy with" this bike.
