4.0 out of 5 stars Good weight-loss aid, 6 Jun 2013

This product is good, if you use it correctly and have the right, willing attitude to go with it.
Taken morning and night, it helps curb appetite, and if you're focused on your goals, it will aid your weight-loss by boosting it a little.
I personally don't think this product would work if not taken in conjunction with a healthy, calorie-controlled/fate-free/carb-free diet. You need to change something in your diet, in order for this to help aid slimming.
I like it, and would definitely use it again.

Thoroughly looking forward to reading the rest of this book. So far, it's been clever, witty & true & its just the introductory chapter. I only imagine I will pee with laughter. Miranda Hart has a special gift & no inhibitions, which makes her utterly brilliant.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rice and wires..., 12 Jun 2008
This review is from: I'm A Cyborg [2006] [DVD] (DVD)
As a big fan of Park Chan-Wook's previous works, in particular 'Old Boy', I had a feeling this would be great, but it was great on a completely different level.
It is a most wonderful film to get lost in; at the risk of labelling this a 'quirky romantic comedy' it is an eclectic mix of fantasy, existentialism, love and relating to another person. This reminded me a little of 'You, Me And Everyone We Know' (Miranda July). You have to be open-minded here and really engage with the characters, perhaps humour them, for a fruitful experience. It's a subtle reminder of the hardships of life and finding your way, with a little nudge. A beautiful film.
