Just pray that it doesent break down!, 17 Feb 2012
I bought a York C202 Exercise Bike from Amazon just before Christmas. 23 days later the computer went haywire accompanied by a loud knocking noise from the Cycle. Sent an e-mail to York Help detailing the problem as far as I was able. No Response. Telephoned York Help and eventually got through and explained the problem. However, they appeared to be more interested in my providing proof of purchase rather than anything I had to say about the problem. I provide them with proof of purchase and also told them that the Computer screen was now showing an E-2 message, presumably an error of some kind. They informed me that they would send a replacement computer 'within 3 to 5 working days' Well, it actually arrived 25 days later on 14 February. By then I had become completely exasperated with York Help so I contacted Amazon and returned the cycle to them. They have now given me a total refund. Marks out of 10 for York Help 0, Marks out of 10 for Amazon 10!
