Great little book..., 13 Jun. 2010
I think everyone should read this book, as it can apply to ANY area of life. It is based upon the principle of kaizen, and the book is divided into six key concepts:
- Ask small questions
- Think small thoughts
- Take small actions
- Solve small problems
- Bestow small rewards.
- Identify small moments
Each of these concepts is fully explained in its own chapter, and you can take the information from the page immediately (i.e. as soon as you have read and understood it) and begin to apply it to any area of your life -- whether you want to lose weight, learn a new skill, change a habit or whatever else...
So many self-improvement books sell themselves on big ideas like 'transforming your life', but the approach taken by this book is much more down-to-earth. If you are motivated to make ANY type of improvement in your life, than I cannot see how you would NOT benefit from this book. Get yourself a copy without delay!
