Simple & Delicious, 9 May 2014
This is a well laid out book with simple but very tasty recipes that use all those store-cupboard items you buy but use rarely, e.g. sumac, pomegranate molasses, pickled lemons, etc. Also lots of fresh vibrant recipes. All the recipes you would expect plus many more. Probably the best Middle Eastern cookbook I possess, and I have many.
