This is a book which tells the story of those who were left behind at Dunkirk ,holding off the German Army so others could be evacuated back to the UK.
So the army could be rebuilt. The suffering of these men is one of the great untold story's of WW 2. To the shame of post WW2 politicians,Army top brass and unsympathetic administrators .If any group of military men deserve a medal it is these men.
