5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Marvellous, 28 Feb 2007
Luc's playing style is very unique, his fingers appear to dance over the keys of the harpsichord, in a manner I have never heard before. His tasteful ornaments and beautiful technique is, quite simply the finest playing I have ever come across. The man is a genius, and finally puts justice to the wonderful variations by Bach. The only thing better than this CD is hearing Luc play live, its an unforgettable experience.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good, 30 Sep 2000
The The Awakening is a great little story. Although it is only a 2 parter it is almost as good as the fantastic Black Orchid. The Malus is a great monster and is a really good Peter Davidson story Frontios however isn't as good. It does tend to drag on for 4 parts a little bit. The Tractatiors are pretty good monsters once they get into the story- I wish they didn't fall over so much! Much of the acting in Frontios is as bad as the villagers of Metabilis 3 in Jon Pertwees Planet of the Spiders(That's really bad!) So 5 stars for The Awakening and 3 stars for Frontios So 4 stars overall! Reccomended

4.0 out of 5 stars Great!, 14 Sep 2000
The Monster Of Peladon is a much more exciting remake of the earlier Curse of Peladon. It features the Ice Warriors,Aggador and a whole host of other monsters and people. I highly recommend this video as it is a 6 parter and is on 2 videos. It also features 2 of the best characters in Dr Who-The 3rd Doctor(Jon Pertwee)and Sarah Jane Smith(Liz Sladen) The cliffhanger to part 1 is one of the finest in the show's history! Recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Stuff!, 9 Sep 2000
The Hartnell Years is an great video which features 3 of the best episodes of the Hartnell era. Hosted be the 7th Dr this really is a great video! It's at a really cheap price as well and I can recommend it a great deal. The story the 'The Celestial Toymaker' has never featured on video before as this part is the only existing part of this story which has been described as second best Dr Who story ever made(Second to Marco Polo-Although I personally think Planet of the Spiders and Enlightenment are the best stories)So to conclude if you don't want to buy a Hartnell story on video go for this one as you get 3 episodes from different stories!" Great stuff!

4.0 out of 5 stars The Leisure Hive, 8 July 2000
I bought this story for my first K9 story as I had only just started my collection(That was a long time ago! ) Imagine my dissapointment when K9 blows up in the first few seconds and then is chucked in the back of TARDIS for the rest of the episode! Nice new introduction. They were trying very hard with special effects and a few of them will make you feel very dizzy! Nice acting. Great incidental music and nice costumes. RECOMMENDED

4.0 out of 5 stars Battlefield, 8 July 2000
Battlefield is a nice story of the McCoy era. Both the doctor and the Brig however both give poor performances in this story. Morgaine and Ace though were at very good standards. It is worth rembering that Ace was almost killed during this episode as when she is submerged in the tank it cracked and she was only just lifted out in time. Battlefield is recommended RECOMENDED!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic!, 5 May 2000
Greatest show of the galaxy is one of my faviourite Dr Who's ever. It is surley the best McCoy story. Excellent acting all around apart from T.P McCenna who was suprisingly poor! But this in my opinion is ONE TO BUY! P.S Is the whizzkid the same person who played Adrian Mole?

2.0 out of 5 stars Poor!, 5 May 2000
To be honest I was so dissapointed with terror of the Zygons. I had allways liked the look of the Zygons and even though the story was reasnobly good(Robert Banks Stewart)the acting was poor and do I even need to mention the Scarasan(Not sure of spelling!) This is a video I would reccomend you think carefully about buying! It is definatly an interesting story and the Zygons are quite immpressive but at the end of the day only 2 stars I'm afraid!

Death to the Daleks is surley the best Dr Who Dalek story. It has a great story and possibly the best cliifhanger(Part 1)EVER! With fantastic music by the unique Carey Blyton I would recomend this video strongly!
