This book really does what it claims........I have MS & I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and I honestly feel so much better, my walking is a bit easier and I feel more awake than I have for ages! Lots of little niggles are disappearing and my skin looks 10 years younger. Even for healthy people this will make you feel wonderful so give it a go you really have nothing to loose and everything to gain.
