5.0 out of 5 stars The only book on the subject with engineering credibility, 2 Jun 2001
As opposed to traditional engine blueprinting books, this one goes much deeper on the subject. First, all the theoretical bases are explained and then, very practical methods are given to choose the best camshaft for your application. Very accurate timing methods are also illustrated. Finally, there is a chapter for every king of engine (SOHC, DOHC two valve per cyl. and four valve per cyl.). If you don't know how to choose and modify your camshafts, buy this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Incredible performance software at very low price, 2 Jun 2001
Having used the software on more than 20 race engines, I can say that this is one of the best engine simulation software on the market (at an affordable price). Very good informantion contained in the book but the software needs some experiments to use with non american engines and a lot of unit conversion. Anyway, the accuracy of this software is amazing.
