Greek cuisine in France, 6 Feb 2009
I lived in Kefalonia for several years and now live in France. I can't compete in the kitchen with French cuisine but I can certainly impress my new French friends with my Greek cooking with the invaluable help of this book. The recipes are easy to follow and even in France most of the ingredients are easy to find. A bonus is that the book brings back happy memories of the tavernas and meals we enjoyed in Kefalonia during our 6 years on the island.
