Nothing new, 8 Jan 2014
Not quite sure what is revolutionary here - HIIT has been around for a long time so nothing new. Yes the people on the pilot programme have got results but I would want results if paying £30 a week. So not sure how successful book would be if doing on your own. Some good ideas for workouts though.
