5.0 out of 5 stars Intelligent, feel good, uplifting!, 13 Dec. 2010
This review is from: Captain Bailey [7" VINYL] (Vinyl)
Ms Closure is an artist to get everyone moving and feeling gooooood. She has a sparky, infectious enthusiasm for life and people, tackling the darker side of rowing yourself out of a desperate situation with fearlessness. Her music has "substance", no narrative is tabboo, and i very much look forward to more from her.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!, 23 Sept. 2010
This review is from: Feline (Audio CD)
I once had the cassette version. There are a number of extra tracks on this CD including live versions, as always, artful performances. Happy!

5.0 out of 5 stars An inspiring book by a beautiful person., 1 Aug. 2010
Rosie's journey reveals her wonderful, warm heartedness and spirit. I really valued being able to eves drop on all the intimate moments she has in the wilds and how she copes with it all; as also to appreciate the generosity of others she experiences along the way.
I do agree that it would have been really interesting and helpful to have had a map of the route shown within the book. But there are some colour pics which add to the feel of taking the journey with Rosie somehow. I feel very inspired by her spirit - thanks.

5.0 out of 5 stars For anyone with a heart and soul, or to remember you got them, 30 Jun. 2010
First listen "This is really good" and it gets better from there. This is a beautifully crafted EP from Mr Beckett - every inch poetic and moving. If you like the likes of Robyn Hitchcock, The Blue Nile, The Wild Swans, Talk Talk and more, or if you simply were alive in the past and are still alive now or wish to feel so, then here is an artist worthy of acquainting yourself with.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice quality but not perrrrrfect style, 20 Feb. 2010
This is a decent quality case that enables you to use and charge it up without needing to remove the phone.
The C902 has tricky enough buttons that you need to be able to access them directly really so a flip case works better than one with a transparent cover over the keys. The down side it that the top part of the screen, where you see your battery charge level, is obscured so you have to manually fiddle with the case to check it. I had read this in a review before i bought the phone and decided i could cope with that for having the nice quality leather case that this is.

Australian Bush Flower Essences
Australian Bush Flower Essences

4.0 out of 5 stars Intoxicating flora, 19 April 2009
I found this book pretty intoxicating - in a likely similar way to how Mr White found the flora of the Australian bush. He really celebrates his encounters with the flowers and managed to infect me with a desire to get closer to them myself if only i could get over the environmental cost of flying to the other side of the world. The book is so beautifully written and presented that i really gorged on it. But then came the troubles :

Somehow a sinister side unfolded as i explored the "remedial aspect" - an accusatory element. Suddenly i found that i had EVERYTHING wrong with me and found myself feeling trapped in some botanical nightmare that had me flinging myself into the English countryside to find an oak tree to cling to to ground myself. Then i came back inside and ordered a workbook for the Bach Flowers (glutton for punishment that i am). Hopefully the result will not then have me struggling to get out into my own back garden.
