5.0 out of 5 stars Waynes world 1&2, 15 April 2003
Two of the most funny films are now on 1 DVD, they are both about Wayne Cambell who owns a TV show with his mate Garth Algar.
In Waynes world one wayne has just dumped the most annoying person-Stacey and starts to go out with Cassandra (a singer in a band) But is rivalled by the man who has bought waynes world off him. will wayne be able to win back Cassandra and will he be able to launch her career? Rocker Alice Cooper makes an appearance in this hugely fuuny film.
In waynes world two wayne has finaly moved out of his parents house, and lives in an abandoned factory. Wayne and garth go to a concert where Aerosmith are playing, and they meet Cassandra's record producer.
Wayne has a dream where he meets Jim Morrison and he tells him that he should put on a rock concert, Waynestock. But none of the bands show up, that's not his only problem cassandra is getting married to her record producer. Will anyone come and can he stop Cassandra from getting Married?
Out of the two, waynes world 2 is slightly better because the humour is more in both quality and quantity.

5.0 out of 5 stars The silver chair, 15 April 2003
This is the penultimate book in the chronicles of Narnia, where Eustace Scrubb and Jill Pole (someone from Eustace's school) run away and find themselves in Narnia where they meet Aslan. They are appointed a task: to find the king Caspian's son who was kidnapped as a child. The king is old and his only heir has been taken away from him. A marshwiggle (Puddleglum) offers his help in the quest.
They go overground and underground in desparation to find the prince, eventually they find him, but in the most unlikely place...
A book full of danger and excitement which should only be read if you have read the books that come before it.

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (The Chronicles of Narnia, Book 5)
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (The Chronicles of Narnia, Book 5)
by C. S. Lewis
Edition: Paperback

4.0 out of 5 stars The Voyage of the dawn treader, 15 April 2003
This 'the voyage of the dawn treader' is the 5th book in the chronicles of Narnia, unlike the other books it is set mainly in the sea, and is full of exploration and adventure. In the previous book 'prince caspian' Peter and Susan are told that they will never again enter Narnia because they are too old. Their two younger siblings, Lucy and Edmund are at their cousin's house, Eustace Scrubb, a picture in his room transports the three onto the ship 'the dawn treader'
Once on board they find out it is the ship of the king Caspian who is an old freind of Edmund and Lucy, and that they are exploring the seas to find some of his fathers freinds who had strangely disapeared.
A classic Narnia character(Reepicheep the plucky mouse) is trying to fulfil his dream of going to the worlds end to the country of Aslan.
Eustace is moaning all time about this, that and the other but finaly gets his comeuppance. On their journey they encounter many beasts but will they live to tell the tale?
A sensational book that will leave you wanting more and more, for anyone from 9+. I liked the book because it was fast paced and something was always happening.
