CTEK 56-689 Conversion Female Comfort Connector Plug Adaptor
CTEK 56-689 Conversion Female Comfort Connector Plug Adaptor
Price: £7.57

3.0 out of 5 stars Check before you buy!, 13 Jan. 2014
I bought this item to connect my C-Tek charger to my Harley Davidson. The bike comes fitted with a charging lead that I believe is standard to most motorcycles. The problem is that the terminal blocks on this lead are the same gender i.e. female/female one end and male/male the other!! Considering that this lead is actually made by C-Tek why does it not plug straight into the end of the lead from the C-Tek battery charger?? Check before you buy! Otherwise, lead is made well and delivery excellent. Not worth returning at the cost.

Learn to Ride (2008/09 Edition): Everything you need to pass your motorcycle test

Excellent book, starts with the very basics, bike types, kit needed, bike bits and pieces, simple stuff like that and basics like how to put a bike on it's stand. This book doesn't assume that you already know. Good for those who have little previous knowlege and takes the novice through step by step. Riding instructions are excellent too.

Love Elly Ameling she has voice of an angel! Five CDs in all, love 1-3 as these are from the Baroque and Classic Era, CDs 4 and 5 are from the Romantic Era which appeal less to me (because of the period). Worth buying for the first three CDs alone! Thanks Elly!

Written from an American perspective of British Rockers! Mr Seate without doubt understands the spirit of Brit. bikes, specials, black leather, ton-ups and the special feeling that goes with it. Might not appeal or be understood by some modern Jap. bike owners! Great!

I bought this CD because I like 50's rock n roll. The Lennerockers are not all rock n roll, sometimes country sometimes boogie but all good.
Recommend you listen on You Tube. Personally love it, haven't stopped playing it! Looking to buying another one of their CDs soon - Amazon why aren't they in stock?

Excellent little book for beginners. Starts at the basics for those who know very little about motorcycles and how they work. Explains what all the little bits and pieces do, great for those new to biking - girlie friendly too!

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed!, 16 Nov. 2010
This review is from: Rockin' Connie (Audio CD)
This is the third CD I bought along with Brenda Lee and Wanda Jackson.
The CD title implies rock n roll but there are only about four tracks of rock n roll the rest are country. As I wanted rock n roll I was disappointed and would have liked to return this item as I felt it was misrepresented. Country lovers may well like it, (does country music 'rock'?) rock n roll it aint!

Typical 50's rock n roll style with the odd country track but that is ok.
Not quite as good as Brenda Lee's Queen Of Rock n Roll but if it's rocker music you love go for it!

Brilliant! For those looking for pure 50's style rock n roll this is it. Intially seemed expensive but worth it if you are a rocker.
