Simply Rad: The Kris Radlinski Story

As a long time follower of rugby league, and an admirer of the player I was hoping that this book delivered more than just the normal anecdotes seen so common in autobiographies these days. Thankfully it did.

The book reads more like a story, showing the ups and downs of sport, as well as stirring up memories of the great Wigan team of the 90's. The book is not without its `typical' rugby player stories, all of which had me in stitches.

The player has been very honest with his story and can add another achievement to his CV. The book is a compelling read and one which I would recommend people buy, whoever they support.

From beginning to end this book encapsulated everything I remembered about the dream season Wigan had. From the historic first game of the season with mighty Chelsea to the Road to Cardiff this book illustrates the fairy-tale beautifully.

Having been an admirer of the editor's work for years I was keen to see how his talent would translate into a full volume. Needless to say, this book is as good if not better than anything previously.

Whether a fan of the town or a fan of the game, this book is highly recommended.

Excellent!!!!
