Tried several times to get it dust free but gave up in the end. Got a decent Krussel case instead.

1.0 out of 5 stars All it needs is a hammer, 3 Jun. 2014

Brought at a good price but frankly not worth the money. Returned twice as the bracelet broke, battery replaced despite the guarantee. Bracelet broke again so replaced with a leather strap (looked good) Then the sweep hand just stopped moving and moving by itself (broken) Justifiably I enjoyed hitting it with a hammer. I've owned Timex for years but never again

4.0 out of 5 stars A lengthy yarn but worth it, 21 Sept. 2012
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
My only exposure to the world of Falco is by way of radio serials with Anton Lesser so this is my first full length audio book. Whilst the characters are excellent I did find myself considering skipping a few chapters but then I would of missed so much of the rich detail. The length at 11hrs 30 mins can seem daunting but my advice is stick with it an abridged version might be preferable to some to tighten the plot but the surrounding travel material and much detail would of been lost which, in the end, is what makes this unique.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fastway is the way to go, 26 Nov. 2011
This review is from: Eat Dog Eat (Audio CD)
I put this in my pre-order basket as soon as I discovered there would be a new release from Fastway. I did enjoy it on the first listen but it has been on many replays since that the album has really grown on me. I really like Jepson's vocals, if you're not familiar at times he reminds me slightly of Glenn Hughes, and sometimes Ronnie Dio but be in no doubt It's Eddie Clarke who cranks out the riffs and bloody fine they are too. Nice Crisp hooks populate songs that It will take days to shake off and there are songs like Sick as a Dog that given an overdriven Rickenbacker bass would nestle quite happily on any Motorhead album, there is a strong appetite for this type of nostalgia rock but that does Fastway a disservice to thier relevance today, Deliver Me, Fade Out & Who Do You Believe which is a really strong song and quite unique and could drop onto a Rainbow album. Leave A light on is classic Fastway, It's an indication that the album grows on me and how much I enjoy it that I think it will outlast others on my play list. Well done chaps Fastway lives on and so some live dates in the UK (somewhere in East Anglia would be nice) would really make 2012.

Nothing to lose get the album.

Really pleased with this nice little keyboard until the letters started wearing or falling off the buttons. Bit of shame really but I need to see the letters.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant!, 30 July 2011
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Tense thriller from the master story teller. LeCarre's perfectly drawn character Magnus Pym fails to return from his fathers funeral to the British Embassy in Vienna. Hiding in Devon Pym delves into his own history and that of his father as he recounts his life triggering a desperate search by the 'Circus' spymaster Jack Brotherhood and Pym's wife as they untangle a web of lies, deceit, secrets and betrayal. An outstanding cast including James Fox, James Grout, Jack Klaff and Julian Rhind-Tutt as the young Magnus, this BBC dramatisation is from 1993 and the high production values tell the story perfectly making this an enjoyable and satisfying listen.

4.0 out of 5 stars No slumming - A good yarn., 29 July 2011
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Vicky Rai. A man without morals, remorse or humanity kills an innocent, 6 suspects have the motive and the opportunity for revenge but they themselves are ultimately flawed characters. An enjoyable full cast dramatisation that has a good script and some great performances, the BBC do these so well.

1.0 out of 5 stars I tried., 30 April 2011
This review is from: The Mark: 1 (MIRA) (Paperback)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I have tried to read The Mark several times but just can not progress beyond the first few pages. This probably is a perfectly fine thriller but I struggled with disinterest. As a throw-away i'm sure it's fine but I look for a little more.

5.0 out of 5 stars Timeless!, 22 April 2011
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
As others have said this is timeless comedy and seems as true today as it was then. I recall these on TV 1st time around and it's still very funny. I can not see many comedy shows on TV now that would endure as this has and I have really enjoyed listening to them. A gem.
