As a player and coach we generally focus upon tactical, technical, physical aspects of the game, the mental side of the game I personally never really given much thought too. However, been recommend this book, Soccer Touch opened my mind into the world of a players mentality, and how important it is, also how it important it is to train constantly alongside other aspects of the game.
Simple psychology techniques demonstrated by Dan Abrahams, that would effectively improve the mental side of many whom aspire to be the best they can be, so many current stories or elite athletes who themselves never consider the mental side of their game, then went on to improve their mentality.
Would recommend this to any coach, player, from any sport if they want to continue in personal development.
Definitely knowledge gained!
