Really enjoyed this book. Fast paced and if you are into Cold War fiction like early Tom Clancy and horror fiction this links the two well. Looking forward to the sequel.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great read!, 3 April 2013

Found this book really interesting, engaging and happy it was a stand alone novel and not part of a series. The science fiction (or is it?) linked with the zombie action was cool and a something not done since Brian Keene's 'The Rising'. Well worth a look.

Really enjoyed this. Took a while to get going but the student characters were fun and 'Gunner' as the Gulf War Vet was really interesting. Gunner started out as a bit mad but ended up like their father figure. Wanted it to go on longer but the next instalment is hopefully on the way. Well worth a read!

Couldn't stop reading it. A book that takes you away from the daily grind. How many of us haven't had thoughts of bypassing the criminal justice system after seeing evil people getting a slap on the wrist? Looking forward to Sinema 3.

Really enjoyed this book. A quick read but very gripping and ultimately disturbing. The addition of the children into the book gave it an edge and the finale took it beyond the typical genre fiction you read. Well worth a read.

I really enjoyed this book. Great to have a good British based horror novel on the shelves. Reminded me of American Werewolf in London, The Howling, Silver Bullet etc with both the adult and child perspectives. I am looking forward to the next installment.
